Warranty Terms and Conditions
What is a warranty?
A warranty is your commitment to the buyer that the purchased vehicle is in technically sound condition, and for a certain period or mileage, free service or repair will be provided in case of unforeseen defects.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies to:
– Vehicles sold with a specified warranty duration.
– Defects resulting from manufacturing or technical issues.
– Only if the vehicle was used according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Warranty Duration
3 months / 3,000 km (whichever comes first). Longer terms may be agreed upon separately.
Warranty Does Not Apply If
– Defects are due to misuse, accidents, or third-party interventions.
– Unauthorized modifications or alterations have been made.
– Required maintenance was not performed.
– Wear and tear parts such as brake pads, tires, battery, filters, etc.
What to Do in Case of a Malfunction?
1. Contact us immediately (see contacts below).
2. Provide vehicle documents and purchase date.
3. Do not attempt repairs by yourself or third-party garages without our consent.
